David Cabrera –
I purchased this electric collar in August, but I had it shipped to my aunt’s home in Miami and only got to pick it up recently in November. When I finally opened the box and tried to use it, I discovered it was already defective. It didn’t work at all, even though it was brand-new, untouched, and in its original packaging.
I understand that I’m outside the return or replacement window, but it’s still disappointing to spend the money and receive a product that never worked from the beginning. I was really looking forward to using it, but unfortunately it was damaged right out of the box.

It came in a beautiful package, and it looks really nice and sleek. But effectiveness, not so much. Its a very light shock. Not enough to change a brats behavior.
