This is my first penis gag, and I must say I feel like it’s a great value for the price. It feels REALLY restrictive and I still can’t handle it fully locked down. Definitely a great toy to put you or your partner in a very submissive mindset.Don’t even think about trying to speak With this gag securely fastened, or you will definitely gag, haha. as others have mentioned I’m sure it’s just *long* enough to hit the back of most people’s throat. Also I nice touch that it’s full silicone and washable. I didn’t find it too firm, but definitely very filling and dominant, whew…

I have been trying to find a dildo gag for a year now that isn’t too long or short. This is perfect. And the strap is short and can be tightened all the way up to the side of the dildo if needed. I always have to puncture more holes on other gag straps. The strap is also made of silicone so no need to hold back a leather strap during cleaning. The metal bits don’t dig into my cheeks either. I only wish it was a bit fatter. Not much, maybe a 1/4”

4)Comes in a box with Japanese written all over it. Inside is a sealed plastic bag (like the kind chocolate chips come in). I was scared it would have a chemical smell based on the looks but nope. Just washed it first and it tasted and smelled fine.

Too long, too narrow, too hard. If you are trying to provoke the gag reflex, this will do it. But it’s hard enough that it just hurts the back of the throat, and not in the “fun” way. It was also quite skinny. I guess that makes breathing around it easier, but it didn’t fill the mouth at all. You can’t suck on it. It really works more like a fat stick held in place against the back of the throat. I’ve had other dildo gags in the past, and this one disappointed. Also, the strap was too short for my use, but since I don’t like the gag, I won’t bother trying to extend the strap.

The belt portion of this is so ridiculously small! It can maybe fit around my neck but it can’t fit around my head like you would expect. It did not fit on me or my husband. It’s basically useless and we had to throw it away. Waste of money!!

This gag is perfect for veteran players. With newbies it may cause gag reflex and breath difficulty (and therefore cause panic). But if you know what you are doing, this is just the dream toy you are looking for.
For decades I have been looking for a perfect gag that renders maximum pleasure and punishment at the same time. Most mouth gaps have two issues: 1) it can be easily spitted out. Human mouth muscles are flexible, and tongue is powerful. Normal mouth gaps, no matter how tight you put it on, the sub can move her/his jaw and spit it out. To prevent spit-out, you’ll have to apply duct tape(risky) or a fact harnest(complicated and may still get loosed up). This gap is such an easy solution for the headache problem. It has long enough part inside, and even if you apply it loosely (recommended for first time user), it is impossible to spit it out.
2) most gag do not completely mute the sub. Even if you apply face harness, and sub cannot spit the gag out, she/he can still move her tongue quite freely, and make sounds that are audible and sometime understandable. So, most gags do not completely deprive a sub’s desire to “talk” or at least try to communicate by making some noise. This gag, with its inside part pushing down your tongue, makes it impossible for you to make any identifiable voice, except for a monotone of “hmmm..” It puts the sub in a desperate situation that she/he will be totally under the top’s mercy.
This gag is also a great training toy for those who want to practice deep throat, particularly for forced-bi scene.
Tips #1: apply it loosely at the first time. Leave it on for a minimum of 10 minutes, perhaps half hours. Slowly tight it up in the following sessions. This helps you to become insensitive and get rid of your gag reflex.
Tips #2: if you feel difficult to breath, breath in through your nose but breath out through your mouth. Overtime, your throat will adjust and you shall be able to breath almost normal through your nose.

I’ve been doing this lifestyle for 40 years, and have a large collection of gags. When I first saw one like this in a video, I was keenly interested. When I ordered this one for my partner and I read the description I had concerns. I was right-the dildo portion of this gag is nearly 4 inches measured from the strap to the tip. It’s too long to be used in our play at all. That being said, I hope the manufacturers can make a shorter version that would measure 2 1/2″ on that measurement. A medium would be say, 3″.
The quality of the item seems good, but I give only two stars for the item because it is unusable for us.

A few points:
* The ball will actually be in your mouth like a ball gag (unlike on some of the photos)
* The length is perfect to be very challenging while still allowing you to breath. It will definitely train the gag reflex.
* NEVER do this in self-bondage. Any closed gag (this or ball gag) will basically kill you if you ever want to vomit (e.g. a bad meal you thought was fine, or of course the gag reflex itself). Yep, people die like this every year, in their own vomit. So make sure you either do it with a partner who keeps a good eye on your ability to breath or that you have your hands free. I would personally never lock it because the time to unlock could be sufficient for you to suffocate/drawn.
