Though I had problems, the customer support team for this product reached out… we communicated over several messages and they made an offer, to make it right. The company is very responsive and wants to assure customer satisfaction. The machine is too light, the extention bar is too weak to support accessories. And the suction cups don’t adhere well.

I find it difficult to adjust position and very underwhelmed with the power. The dong with the suction cup won’t stick to anything, but overall it does what it advertised. Vaginal users may have better results.

Pretty much a let down all over. The suction cups don’t stick well, we tried different surfaces. I’m not sure if it lack of weight or lack of power. There is little to no thrusting action because when activated the device moves back and forth and the attachment is the anchor point. If you could blot this down, it might work but when physically held down the motor has no power at lower speeds. I would not buy it again or recommend it to anyone. Complete waste of money. People said it is quiet, but that is not our experience. Maybe quiet is subjective but you could definitely hear it outside of the bedroom. There is no being discrete with this.
