Upon first opening, went to put the handles on for the purse straps, and the notches that were in there completely fell off they broken in half. The member was plastic wrapped however it was covered in hair and the entire machine was covered in hair on the inside, so that part I wasn’t really excited about. Other than that I did my trial run up the machine before use and it seems like it runs OK but I would highly recommend making sure your machine is sanitary before first use.

This thing is awesome! Strong motor, comes with a remote so no slippery hands trying to push buttons in awkward angles! Very smoothe texture on the toy itself so friction wasn’t a concern, very nice, would recommend!

Don’t let looks intimidate you ladies! This was surprisingly easy to set up before my husband came home from work.
