Came rolled up and compressed for easy shipping. Once it was removed from the bag, it took about 48hrs for it to fully expand to shape. It’s very soft and comfortable wedge. I like that the cover is easily removed for cleaning and has a liner underneath it. The restraints are very comfortable to wear. And the red adds a nice pop of playful color. Easy straight forward clips to put your partner in various positions.
